CPC has an on-going commitment to environmental quality and compliance and to being a good neighbor to the surrounding communities. We have devoted considerable capital and a large portion of our engineering design group to this end, and are working with top-rated environmental consultants towards the goal of reaching permanent solutions to any new development of environmental concerns.

CPC works very closely with both the local environment control authorities, i.e., the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Company has allocated an appropriate budget in the capital expense forecast to handle these projects.

The CPC facility is subject to United States and Puerto Rico regulations in the fields related to its business. We commit our best efforts to comply with all requirements and responsibilities.
